Dusit accelerates ASAI brand expansion in Thailand, signs lifestyle hotels in Hat Yai and Phuket

Dusit International announced signing management agreements for two ASAI Hotels lifestyle properties in southern Thailand — ASAI Hat Yai and ASAI Patong Phuket — set to open in 2027 and 2028 respectively, reflecting the company's strategy of targeting destinations with distinct culture, community, and local food, to serve modern travelers seeking accommodation that truly connects them to a city.

ASAI Hat Yai sits on Samchai Road in the heart of Hat Yai, the economic and tourism hub of the south, known for its Thai-Chinese cultural heritage and street food. The hotel has 116 rooms, serving solo travelers, couples, families, and groups of friends, with an all-day dining room, café and bar, co-working space, meeting rooms, and a fitness center, positioning itself as a meeting point connecting guests with locals.

ASAI Patong Phuket brings the ASAI concept to Phuket, located in the heart of Patong, 5 minutes from Patong Beach and about an hour from Phuket Airport, with about 85 rooms, a café, Eat/Work/Play common areas, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center. Dusit Group currently operates 50 hotels and resorts across 19 countries, with more than 50 others in development.
