Shopee launches Instant Mart and Telepharmacy, delivering groceries and pharmacist consultations to your door within an hour

Shopee officially launched two on-demand services on September 7, 2026. Shopee Instant Mart is a supermarket ordering service available around the clock, guaranteeing delivery within 1 hour with free shipping and no minimum order. Shopee Telepharmacy connects users with licensed pharmacists via video call, phone, or chat, with no consultation fee and free medicine delivery; the Telepharmacy service received FDA approval as of June 19, 2026.

Initial coverage spans Bangkok, its surrounding provinces, and 6 major provinces — Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Songkhla, and Phuket — in partnership with major retailers such as Big C, Lotus's, Tops, Maxvalu, and Villa Market, as well as pharmacy chains including Bangkok Drug Store, FASCINO, Drug One, LAB Pharmacy, P&F Smooth Life, and Tops Care.
