Dusit highlights its full-circle Michelin success — from hotels to restaurants to chefs it trained itself

Dusit International presented its Michelin success spanning the company's entire ecosystem — hotels, restaurants, and affiliated schools. In 2025, 3 of its hotels received a Michelin Key, a mark of top-tier accommodation: Dusit Thani Bangkok, Dusit Thani Kyoto, and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu.

On the restaurant side, Cannubi by Umberto Bombana at Dusit Thani Bangkok earned 1 Michelin star, becoming the first Italian restaurant in Thailand to win the award, while success continues through alumni of Dusit's affiliated institutions — Dusit Thani College, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, and The Food School Bangkok.

Chefs who graduated from these institutions and won Michelin recognition include Chef Pichaya Soontornyanakij (POTONG, 1 Michelin star, and named The World's Best Female Chef 2025) and Chef John Chantarasak (AngloThai in London, 1 star), both Le Cordon Bleu Dusit graduates, alongside several other chefs who earned stars or Bib Gourmand recognition. Chanin Donavanik, Group CEO of Dusit International, said this success reflects an approach grounded in care, craftsmanship, and consistency.
