Tomorrowland Thailand reveals its first food lineup — Baan Tepa and Gaggan Anand — special restaurant tickets go on sale Oct 15

Tomorrowland Thailand officially announced its first lineup of chefs and restaurants on October 8, 2026, ahead of the actual festival on December 11-13, 2026, at Wisdom Valley, Pattaya, led by 2 exclusive dining rooms requiring advance booking.

Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa, led by Chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam, sits lakeside with limited seating, priced at 3,800 baht per person, including a welcome drink and a full course from appetizer, first course, second course, a main course (choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian), and dessert. B-EAT with Gaggan Anand, led by Chef Gaggan Anand, is priced at 2,900 baht per person, including a 4-dish tasting course, 1 shooter, and 2 craft cocktails. Dining tickets for both restaurants go on sale October 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM Thai time, exclusively through Tomorrowland's official online channels.

The remaining restaurants serve at booths throughout the festival without booking: Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij (Khao Sarn Sek, Smoke), Chef Woo Sittikorn Jantapa (Akkee), Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn (Rueduu), Sraboa by Num Weerawat, James Teeradon Supapunpinyo (Talay Jai), Nara Thai Cuisine, and Blue Elephant Bangkok. On drinks, Fabear Suchada Sopajaree from Lost in Thaislation turns Thai flavors into cocktails, while the Belgian side features a butterfly-shaped Tomorrowland Waffle by Michelin-starred pastry chef Roger Van Damme, Belgian-style fries, and Thai-Asian street food, with vegetarian and plant-based options.

The Oops Travel writer who attended the media preview at the Belgian Consulate in Bangkok reported that the appetizers were delicious and presented Thai flavors without diluting their Thai character.
