AIS urges customers to update SIM details urgently before suspension, by Aug 31, 2026

AIS is urging customers who received a notification to update their phone number registration information to current status, per NBTC requirements, to complete it by August 31, 2026, to verify the number's owner identity and continue uninterrupted service.

The process is free of charge, available through the myAIS app's 'Update SIM User' menu, by dialing *161*2*[national ID number]# and calling, via the m.ais.co.th/webrepi website, or by getting help at AIS Shop, Telewiz, and dealers nationwide.
